EducateKeep key stakeholders, managers, and sales staff on the same page with initial and follow-up training. Make sure that everyone knows the benefits and processes involved in selling custom footwear to your customers.
IntegrateMake shaping and trying on custom insoles a part of every customer experience. Use custom insoles as a way to meaningfully engage customers, giving them personal attention which leads to increased cross-category sales.
